The Industrial Injection 100hp / 25% Over Race1 Injectors start out as a reman injector from the OE supplier. They are engineered with our exclusive extrude hone process to a perfectly balanced set of 25% over injectors. The Race1 100HP over injectors work great in a completely stock truck as well as one that has been modified with tuning and or turbo upgrades. We typically see a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy.

These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and O-rings for installation. Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OE specs. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow and fuel delivery.

Note: It is recommended to replace connector tubes with any new injector install to help prevent any warranty issues. If replacing connector tubes Bosch (F00RJ01572, F00RJ01831) or Cummins (3979419, 5346206) connector tubes MUST be used. The use of any aftermarket connector tubes will VOID WARRANTY.

The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
